Shipment & Processing:

We typically receive shipments 3-7 days after release, though it may take slightly longer in some cases. Once received, orders are processed and shipped in the order they were placed (first come, first served). Please allow at least 10 days after the release date to receive your shipping confirmation.

Important: Unboxing Video Required for Claims

To facilitate claims for missing or damaged items, you must record an unboxing video when opening your package. Claims without an unboxing video will not be investigated and will be rejected. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

If items are missing and the albums are sealed, this is a manufacturing issue and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Pre-order Policy:

Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled. If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship everything together once the pre-order arrives.

Product Condition & Returns:

Outer packaging (box, case, sleeve, cover) may show minor damage (scratches, tears, etc.) due to manufacturing, packaging, or shipping and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes imperfections on products and printed materials (e.g., photocards). Natural bending or folding of corners is also not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, when purchasing discounted items from us, you acknowledge that the outer packaging (box, sleeve, or cover) may be ripped, dented, scratched, or otherwise damaged.
