REFUND POLICY

We do not issue refunds unless you received damaged item(s), wrong version of items or in the case that we are out of stock of the item(s) you ordered. (If items are sealed but missing something, this is a manufacturing issue and will not be subject to RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE)

In order for a refund to be approved, please record the unboxing process of your order so we can confirm the authenticity. Without this a refund will not be approved.

No returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout, we ship within the United States of America. (Including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.)

We do not currently ship internationally.

We aim to get orders out within 48-72 hours after it has been placed, you will received an email letting you know when your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered.

IN STORE PICKUPS

We also offer In Store Pickups from our Carrollton TX location ONLY - orders placed with this option will be ready within 24-48hrs (not including pre-orders)

In store prices may vary when this option is selected.

PRE-ORDERS FAQ

Pre-orders are when a customer places an order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.

We tend to receive new releases 3-7days after the Korea release date, once we receive pre-orders they will be prioritized and packed within 48-72hours and will follow the same policies mentioned above. If we receive an influx of pre-orders there may be a delay in processing times, in this case we will go based off of a first come first served basis. 

If there is a delay, you will receive an email giving you an updated time frame. If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, they will be held until all albums are ready.
